Probably my favorite dim sum place for not only taste but price and freshness. I'm surprised I never did a Yelp review before because this was our 4th visit. The service was better today as our water was refilled without asking, y'all know what I'm talking about! Everything we ordered was hot, fresh and delicious. The picture in the review is always our go to at any dim sum restaurant because if they do the basics well then everything else will be great also. Tried the salt & pepper shrimp and it did not disappoint! Freshly fried with just enough heat and salt
Simply put it's probably the best in Dim Sum in Las Vegas. There is much better Dim Sum elsewhere in Monterey Park but it's 250 miles away. The best time to come is at about 10 to 15 prior to opening because it gets very busy on the weekend. We usually save our Dim Sum budget and calories for our frequent trips to LA but sometimes you need a Dim Sum fix . This place is also good for Cantonese Chinese seafood dishes, Parking Duck, and Chinese BBQ. It's probably one of the top restaurants for that in LV. I've had better elsewhere. My favorites for Dim Sum are the Shu Mai, Stuffed Tofu Skin Rolls, Cookie Topped Baked Bun with Custard, the steamed tripe, the porridge,and the baked bbq pork bun. Service is good here but YMMV when they are busy
Pro Tip: Ask for Bo'le when they ask you what type of Tea. The Strong Dark Bo'le tea really cuts through the richness of the Dim Sum.
We enjoyed this restaurant . Seemed VERY authentic Chinese food with live lobster and crab tank . This is on Spring mountain in a large plaza strip mall . Food was very good . We had a full main lobster that was so crash it looked like it crawled on to the plate at our table . Peking DUCK was carved at the side of our table and was very good. The Spicey wanton dumplings were excellent . Lots of seating, plenty of parking. Atmosphere felt like you were in China .... Ghangzho or somewhere like that. Our waiter spoke fluent Chinese & English.
Had a family reunion dinner there last week. I went for lunch to secure the menu and also to have their great dim sum. Dim sum was terrific! Dinner was also superb! Must have their Roast Duck and Roast Pork!
We had friends in town who were craving Cantonese style dinner so we decided to meet up here. I've tried other places recently as well, including TASTE and SK Seafood and New Asia BBQ is definitely better than those other two options. The wok hei is legit here with all the dishes. We really didn't have any complaints about the dishes. All dishes were really large in portion compared to TASTE. Our favorites were the french style beef and peking duck, you really can't go wrong there. The beef chow fun, honey walnut shrimp, sticky rice in clay pot, sea bass clay pot, stir fried green beans and pea sprouts were all really good. We have some teenagers that love orange beef and it was surprisingly good and not overly sauced. Definitely the place to take your hard to impress Cantonese family members.
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. I have been three times now and everything I have ordered is made freshly and perfectly.
If you are a fan of Chinese BBQ, this is the place to be. I have tried all the hits: roasted duck, pork belly, salt and pepper(everything), plus I have tried noodle dishes, sauteed bok choy, dumplings. The filet mignon beef cubes are amazing, the tofu and sea bass claypot is amazing.
The tea they serve you upon arrival is excellent quality. They have fountain drinks! The list goes on and on. Now that I have tried all of the Chinese BBQ basics, I am excited to go back and start trying more seafood, which is one of their specialties.
I cannot recommend this place enough. I give it all the stars.
